Choose the products for your club
Start with the equipment your members need. A combined boot and helmet bag, a junior backpack and an adult riding-wear size run each raise different questions. Keep them as separate lines in your brief, even when the logo and delivery destination are shared.
For custom equestrian club orders, the PoloSolo reference range is a starting point. We review the selected style, quantities and branding requirements before confirming available changes, minimum quantities and sample terms. A coordinated image does not mean every item shown is supplied as a set.
| Product | Starting references | Include in your brief |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment bags | BAG-01, BAG-02, BAG-03 | What must fit, rider age group, carrying method and colours |
| Riding breeches | BREECH-01, BREECH-02, BREECH-03 | Separate junior and adult fits, measurements and size quantities |
| Riding gloves | GLOVE-01, GLOVE-02 | Hand sizing, colour and pairs per size |
Build a member size and quantity list
Nominate one club contact to collect requirements and check totals. Use anonymous rider codes in the working list rather than circulating members’ personal details. Separate adult and junior fits, and ask for the measurement chart for each chosen reference before collecting size selections.
Keep estimated quantities visibly separate from confirmed requirements. Gloves are counted in pairs; bags and breeches are counted as individual items. Do not assume that different sizes, colours or product categories can be combined to meet a minimum quantity.
| Reference | Rider group | Colour / size | Quantity | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BAG-02 | Junior | To confirm | To confirm | Estimate |
| BREECH-01 | Junior | Chart required | To confirm | Estimate |
| GLOVE-01 | Adult | Hand sizing required | Pairs to confirm | Estimate |
Keep the club logo consistent
Send the approved club artwork and describe the intended position and finished logo size for each product. Identify the artwork version so that the product brief, sample feedback and later order refer to the same design.
Treat individual rider names as a separate request. Personalisation methods, placement, minimum quantities and charges need to be confirmed for the chosen style. Keep the shared club identity separate from any member-specific changes so that the quote is clear.
- Provide a colour reference and note which parts of the artwork must stay unchanged.
- List logo, label and packaging requests separately.
- Review the artwork and its placement on the selected sample.
- Record changes before giving written approval of the final specification.
Agree the sample and delivery brief
A riding-school branded equipment order needs an agreed sample plan as well as a quantity list. State what you need to check: equipment fit for bags, garment measurements for breeches, or finger and cuff fit for gloves. A single size sample does not establish the fit of an entire junior and adult range.
Share your delivery country and preferred event or delivery date early. Timing, sample charges, freight and payment arrangements are confirmed in the written quote and order agreement. After the specifications and any required sample are approved, payment is arranged offline under the agreed terms. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or take a payment.
- One contact responsible for the club brief and approvals.
- Quantities broken down by reference, colour and size.
- A clearly identified artwork and specification version.
- Sample review requirements and an intended delivery destination.
- Written confirmation of price, payment stages and delivery responsibilities.
