PRIVACY & COOKIE NOTICE

How we use enquiry and analytics information

Last updated 16 August 2026.

What we collect

When you send a request, PoloSolo stores your name, email address, departure area, preferred date or month, experience preferences, group size, timing, notes and basic referral information. We also record first-party product events so we can understand where the matching journey succeeds or fails.

Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions such as starting or completing the matcher and submitting an enquiry. The Google tag uses measurement ID G-0M6Y8GG25G. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our implementation.

Analytics storage is denied by default. You can accept or reject analytics cookies from the banner and change your choice later using “Cookie settings”. Google may receive limited consent and measurement signals when analytics storage is denied, without Analytics cookies being written. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use the information to review your request, identify a potentially suitable polo provider, respond to you and improve the matching service. We do not take payment through the current enquiry form.

When information is shared

Relevant request details may be shared with a suitable provider when needed to answer your enquiry. PoloSolo does not sell personal information or publish your enquiry.

Retention and choices

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to handle the request, measure the service and meet applicable obligations. To ask for access, correction or deletion, email info@polosolo.com.
