Choose a focused store range
Start with the riders your store serves and the gap you want to fill. A junior lesson range, an adult training collection and a riding-club equipment brief need different sizes and product details. Use your customer requests or sales records to plan the assortment rather than assuming a pictured style is a bestseller.
PoloSolo’s initial wholesale reference range covers equestrian equipment bags, riding breeches and horse riding gloves. The references help identify the product you want to discuss; they are not a live stock feed. Current availability, colours, specifications and commercial terms are confirmed for your enquiry.
| Category | Compare | Confirm before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| Boot bags & backpacks | Combined equipment bag, junior backpack, rider backpack | Equipment fit, usable dimensions and carrying details |
| Riding breeches | Junior and adult reference styles | Measurements, size run, material and grip layout |
| Riding gloves | Black and white references | Hand sizing, pairs per size, cuff and packaging |
Prepare size, SKU and packing requirements
Keep a row for each style, colour and size combination. For riding wear, confirm whether the size chart uses body measurements or finished-product measurements, and how the sample will be checked. Keep adult and junior fits separate; a shared size label is not evidence of the same fit.
Tell us which retail identifiers you need. Your own SKU, barcode, size label, individual packaging and carton markings are separate requirements that should appear in the brief. Label text, material and care information must be confirmed against the selected product rather than copied from another range.
| Record | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Product identity | PoloSolo reference plus your internal SKU, if required |
| Size and colour | Agreed names, measurement chart and quantity per combination |
| Units | Pieces for bags and breeches; pairs for gloves |
| Presentation | Individual pack, label and barcode requirements |
| Cartons | Packing list, carton identification and delivery instructions |
Build the first buying brief
Share the product references, expected quantities and delivery country. Flag undecided colours, sizes or packaging so that the next discussion can narrow the brief. Minimum quantities may apply to different parts of an order; ask whether the requirement is per style, colour, size or branding method.
For a PoloSolo-branded range, ask about the current wholesale options for those references. If you want your own label, describe that separately so the quote can include the appropriate product, artwork, label and packaging requirements. Mixed product categories can be discussed in one enquiry, with each line quoted on its own basis.
- Identify the customer group and intended selling use.
- List quantities by reference, colour and size; mark estimates.
- State whether you want PoloSolo branding, plain products or your own identity.
- Describe the sample checks and retail packing requirements.
- Provide a delivery country and preferred timing for discussion.
Keep records for future orders
Save the agreed product specification, measurement chart, artwork, packaging and previous quantity split. Those records make an equestrian wholesale reorder brief clearer. A changed fabric, fit, colour or logo should be identified as a change, rather than treated as an identical repeat.
Each new order needs its own availability, pricing, minimum quantity and timing confirmation. Review a written quote on the same specification and delivery basis, confirm the order details and any required samples, then arrange payment offline under the agreed terms. The website enquiry is the start of that process, not a checkout.
- Reference the previous order and approved specification version.
- Separate unchanged requirements from proposed changes.
- Confirm the new assortment and delivery destination.
- Review the latest quote and payment arrangements before committing.
